Mesh belt drying machine operation principle:
The material enters the drying mesh belt from the machine head, and the traveling speed is adjusted according to the moisture content of the material. The porous air inlet and the negative pressure air flow are used to ensure the effective drying area, and the exhaust gas is forced to complete the exhaust gas exchange by the fan, and the uniform distribution of the air flow is used to improve the drying effect. From the top to the bottom, the material penetrates 100% of the hot air flow vertically, and is fully exchanged for heat exchange to complete the entire drying process.
